Ansys Mechanical Composites

Following the Ansys Mechanical Composite module will teach you how to easily define layered structures. Basic knowledge of the Workbench environment is desirable. 

Focus areas:

• Introduction to manufacturing techniques of composite materials laminates theory, GUI and workflow within the ACP module, defining the structure of the layers including various control options, orientation of the layered structures in the model, solid model creation based on a shell model
• Layer properties as workbench parameters for optimization purposes
