Scripting in Ansys Discovery Modeling

This is one-day advanced course covering various applications of scripting in Discovery Modeling. 

Focus areas:

• Recording and integrating a script, selecting geometry, coordinate systems and components
• Learning using the auto-completion and the core API, creating named selections and parameters using python, geometric operations, dimension customization
• Importing data into a script, starting SCDM in batch mode, converting CAD files from STP to IGS
