4ITEGO Group International announces leadership transition to accelerate technology-driven growth

Xavier Werbrouck, founder of 4ITEGO Group International, will step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assume the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). At the same time, the Board of Directors, with the full support of Xavier, has appointed Raf Vermeylen as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Sebastiaan Vranckx as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), both effective immediately.

Founded as CadCorner by Xavier Werbrouck in 2011, 4ITEGO has grown into an international organization with more than 110 employees across three countries, supporting over 1,000 customers. This evolution has been powered by a commitment to technological excellence—a commitment that remains central to the group’s future. To ensure the continued success and strategic evolution of the group, Xavier has personally decided to step down as CEO and assume the role of CTO. In this new capacity, Xavier will dedicate full attention to complex strategic and technical development initiatives that are essential for the company’s future growth.
